If someone is hurting, we instinctively reach out and pat their shoulder, hold a hand or stroke their hair. Touch is an inherent way to connect with one another. Massage is intentional and informed touch, given in a spirit of wellbeing. Want to learn how? Sign up for one (or more!) of our workshops and learn the basics of massage.
