About Furever Foster Program
Furever fosters is an awareness, education and recruiting program presented by Furever Network in collaboration with our sponsors. The program is targeting to the responsible pet parents, especially those that may be consider becoming a dog rescue foster caregiver. Rescue groups can only accept as many animals as they have volunteer homes for; that is to say, if a rescue group does not have enough fosters, they can not take in animals from the shelters. So Furever’s Foster Program will aim to help to expand the abilities of the rescue groups to save more dogs by promoting foster recruitment in local communities. We’ll encourage dog lovers to get involved by opening their home, temporarily, to a dog in need. And more importantly, we’ll equip the prospective and current foster caregivers with the knowledge to provide for dogs while in their care.
Canine First Aid Certificate Course is made possible by our sponsors Canine Foundations, Doggy xo Daycare, and Petsecure Pet Insurance.
